Mr. Javier Gutierrez is the Chief Executive Officer and licensed as a Peace Officer by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) with over 4,600 hours of training in the field of law enforcement. Mr. Gutierrez, has 27 years of experience and holds a Texas Master Peace Officer certification through TCOLE. He is highly experienced in patrol, as a criminal investigator, and is a field training officer. Throughout his career he has successfully conducting investigations into Homicide, Assault, Burglary, Theft, Child Abuse and Narcotic crimes. Trained in crisis intervention, mental health disorders, and active shooter first responder. Mr. Gutierrez has been a sergeant in charge of patrol and criminal investigations. Holds an instructor certification in law enforcement training and is also a certified firearms instructor. Mr. Gutierrez is also licensed by the State of Texas as a commissioned security officer, private investigator, and level II & III security officer trainer. Mr. Gutierrez graduated Cum Laude from Ottawa University with a Bachelors’ degree in Law Enforcement Administration.

Mrs. Anabel Donez-Gutierrez, LVN-CDP is the Chief Finance Officer and has a Bachelors of Liberal Arts, 24yrs of nursing experience and 8 years of Business Administration with Business Operations experience. She is also the Operations Director and On site nurse for all physical and range training. Mrs. Gutierrez also holds an active Private Security License as a Commissioned Security Officer from The State of Texas.
